They made me food reluctantly, my hamburger was all ugly and cold. The cheese had nail marks, the cashier had a bad appearance and a bad face. I don't know why they work in customer service and treat them so badly.

I’m not the one to write reviews, but I felt the need to do so. On my way to work I have so many McDonald’s to choose from. I have to go to this specific location because of Anita Lopez, she makes my ice coffee just perfect all the time. She is friendly and courteous, I like her customer service. I frequent this location regularly. In the past month service has been poor. Today was enough for me to complain about. My 97 year old client ordered oatmeal with fruit. I got back to her house and there was no fruit. I called the location, and waited for someone to answer. After 6 minutes someone picked up the phone and hung up before I could say anything. Maybe this is the last straw for us. Do better.
