One of the better run and organized McDonald’s. Has late night drive thru availability and the staff is on point and actually friendly. Hispanic staff and guests predominantly.

I made a mobile order 10 minutes before closing I work at the taco bell 🔔 across from it and they guy was very rude he was like were closed I have a mobile order he said it doesn't matter were closed I asked what time do your inside close and he said 10pm it was 9:53 at the time of the conversation and he jus said sorry were closed and ignored me very disappointed in their service

Manager there zesty dude is unprofessional. Argued to his customers about sauces and talking to employees crazy! We told him we would pay the 20 cents and he still tried to deny us getting sauces!!! Yelling and hollering about how bags should have sauces in each when all we asked was for extra sauces !!! Definitely needs a new manager horrible customer service.

Lily gave me horrible service tonight, spoke to me as If i was stupid. I tried to voice my opinion to the manager on duty, but im guessing she's the manager. When I went to the window to confront her, she left away and didn't fix the situation which could have been handled then and there. I spoke to her team, as someone who know the restaurant industry, I would not want her negligence anywhere near my team. 1 bad apple spoils the rest. Do better next time, hire team members based on positive attitude not experience which lacks compassion.

I just witnessed the Spanish lady cashier purposely ignore a black woman asking for the key to the bathroom after expressing she didn’t mean to interrupt but badly had to go to the bathroom. The cashier ignored her. She asked again after waiting a minute. She ignored her again & continued with the customer. The Spanish man in the line said it again for the black lady but in Spanish. Like hey can you please let her in the bathroom. The cashier says in Spanish, i heard her. & then continued to help the customer she was already helping. So i say, oh so you’re ignoring this lady that has to go to the bathroom on purpose?!?! IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO LET SOMEONE IN THE BATHROOM!!! Yes she was helping someone, but the black lady asked nicely, expressed how she didn’t mean to interrupt but had to go to the bathroom!! I expressed my anger with that & left!! RACIST & RUDE. If the lady was Hispanic, would you treated her the same way?!

The staff were amazing and attentive. The food arrived hot, and I could have as many drinks as I wanted. The only downside is that there are some unsafe people around the area, but that isn’t related to the place itself—just be a little cautious.
