I wish I could give this location 0 stars, line is always long . Staff is rude , I asked for sauce and my food cooked to order. When I got to the window to ask for it the lady just kept telling me she don’t know and proceeded to curse at me and slam the door . Pulled up and waited almost 10 mins nobody brought anything out, had to wait in line again just to ask for a refund

I am beyond livid with this place! I was explicitly told I could order specific items, only to be completely let down when they didn’t deliver. After placing my order, they had the audacity to take back EVERYTHING—three milkshakes and all the food I ordered—claiming they couldn’t fulfill it. What kind of bait-and-switch nonsense is this?! Don’t tell me I can have something, get my hopes up, and then yank it all away like it’s some kind of game! I wasted my time, my money, and watched perfectly good food go to waste because of their incompetence. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund, and even then, it didn’t make up for the frustration or the principle of being lied to. I got off the phone with corporate, and let me tell you, they were no help either—just more excuses and lies to cover their tracks. This wasn’t just a mix-up; it was a complete disaster from start to finish, and there’s way more to this story that I don’t even have the energy to type out. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. If i could give this McDonalds a 0 I certainly would. If they don’t let you use tap, then don’t even do it. Card numbers were stolen from here. They are very unorganized. I know it can’t be that hard. Smh. Service is horrible. Ill go down the street to the next one before I choose to do this location again. Please beware of your card being taken to the back as they rarely have a worker at the first drive thru window to collect payment. Food is never fresh. It’s Mcdonalds, not rocket science.
