I come here every day for a PLAIN iced coffee. For some reason they never put sugar in it. I've gotten so used to them making it wrong, I physically ask to make sure to put LIQUID sugar (because they have put granulated sugar in an iced drink several times). After asking to make sure there's sugar, 9 times out of 10 I have to turn around and go BACK inside to get it done correctly. Can Corporate PLEASE visit this location and teach them how to make a plain iced coffee. It's beginning to get extremely annoying getting my drink wrong every single day. I literally buy one once sometimes twice a day and it is RARELY correct.

Unprofessional staff,gave me a wrong order when I checked and went back to return and get my order, They didn’t even cared and just wrapped the same sandwich I gave them in a new paper and told me it was freshly made.

This was just a late-night visit in the Westheimer section of H-Town. Granted I get on weekend nights, surrounded by bars that it could get overwhelmingly busy but this should be expected & known to be prepared for. Any food service place located in the Westheimer area knows well to be prepared for extremely large late-night crowds, and yet sometimes they are caught of guard, almost surprised it could get so busy. Result is sitting in a line of 30 cars for almost an hour waiting on a cheeseburger. Westheimer = bars & large crowds, be prepared with maybe a larger work force on weekend nights.~J.L.Randall~♉Parking: Good parking!Wheelchair accessibility: You can definitely roll yourself inside the building with no issues!
I recently had an unfortunate experience with the McDonald’s located at 7606 westhiemer rd. While attempting to check an order over the phone, I encountered a staff member who was somewhat dismissive and rushed, citing the drive-thru line as the reason for the hurried conversation. But as you can see the line isn’t that long. There are 4 cars in front of me.Moreover, I was disappointed to learn that the lobby closed earlier than expected, limiting access for customers and online which makes the most profit for the company. As a patron and delivery courier, I value respectful and attentive customer service, even during peak hours.I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope this review serves as an opportunity for the management to address these concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

At 02/05/2024 time is 2:55pm my order number is 660 my order is 2 Mac chicken 2 Mac burger 1/ fries I found a hair in the chicken sandwich in a both on them. So i throw it back. You have to check the food before you eat at that branch, ?
