I ordered a mobile order here the other day. Came to pickup in the drive-thru and was told due to the system being down they couldn’t pull up my order or complete it.
So I was told to contact customer service through the mobile McDonalds App. I did so which was very hard to get someone on the phone and was told that I would be reimbursed in 2 hours since the store could not accept the order.
It’s has been more than 2 hours. And still no word from the store which by the way has disconnected their phones so you can’t even call and complain to get a clear cut answer for this crap. O/10 experience.

This McDonald’s normally does really good. If They can get your order to you.. But every time they tell you to go park and they will bring it to you they always forget what your order is. If you have to come out and ask for the receipt so you can see what we ordered is than maybe stop trying to do so many at one time and get through one. Because they obviously aren’t trained to do multiple orders at one time. So basically my order got skipped and that’s why I have to wait so long or they gave my order away and someone got some free food. You’re not sitting there and wants them bringing an order to the car next to me , hand it to them and they hand it back because it was the wrong order. Some people just aren’t meant for multitasking, but this is on management. You need to put people where they can be successful. And know their strengths

Went to the drive through the lady told me to wait like if I was a bother then had me waiting 10 minutes as well as the other person in the next lane. Decided to get down and order still unhappy with the service

They really go out of their way NOT to accept the BOGO coupon on the receipt. They make a huge scene for it. This is the first McDonald's I have been to that does that! Even airport McDonald's accepts survey coupons with no problems! Calling corporate because this is not right. If they don't want to take the coupon on the receipt then they simply shouldn't print them on the receipt like some McDonald's stores does! At first I thought it was a new employee that didn't know his job, however I went back a week later and I noticed a customer trying to use the survey coupon and they did exactly what they did to me making a scene asking for the manager and trying to find any reason not to honor the coupon. Just don't waste your time doing the survey.
Night manager had his hand in his pants before he noticed I saw him. I chose to drive away. That is so unsanitary.

I had the most amazing time , upon ordering food ; plus a couple of Frappe , and as i had approached the window to pick up my order ; i was surprised 😯 to see , a familiar face of a person ; whom not only do i know , but that i'm acquainted with ; plus is a part of a family member of mine , of which i hadn't seen forseveral months ; and but nevertheless , i recommend that all Houstonians visit this McDonald's ; located at FANNIN AND 610 , close to NRG STADIUM #.....

Worst McDonald's in Houston, understaffed, rude, the 3 times I've gone the food has always been wrong not just a little which I can get over, but no egg on a breakfast sandwich, big mac extra sauce no sauce
