Awful customer service. Owner refused to serve “hot water” because of “company policy”
Boo to @McDonalds. They are more worried about getting sued than making a customer happy with hot water to sip on when the weather outside is 20F
Well I've run into my share of rude people at dis particular McDonald's but today I was greeted by smiley people who were interested in making de start of my day a great one
