This McDonaldâs had the worse service and is the worse one that I have ever been to. Carlos, the manager here had terrible customer service and was rude and brushed me off when I was asking him questions. I have been to various McDonaldâs locations every other day or more for the past two weeks because I have been trying to get all of the Sanrio x yugioh toys for me and my sister. Every location so far has been so kind, and some have even offered me tips on how to get the ones we want or when they might have new ones since collecting these toys can be a battle. All of the locations have offered or allowed me to trade our unwrapped toys for new ones to add to our collection. This McDonaldâs location, however, was the exact opposite. I spoke to Carlos first & asked what toys they had & he showed me. When I told him which toy I wanted to trade with, he said they donât do that and when I asked why he brushed me off and walked away. Another employee was nice enough to step in to de-escalate the situation because I did get upset that Carlos who was the manager, was not working with me or explaining why. The other employee said that this McDonaldâs isnât connected to the other ones which made more sense to me, but I asked them to call the owner which they both refused to do. I ended up paying for the toys, now I have two extra that I donât want, but I still donât understand why they did not work with me and the explanation was just âbecause we donât do that here.â They even said that extra sauces cost extra money here when they donât at other McDonaldâsâŠâŠ.. ok well if itâs like that Iâd rather not come here and I recommend you donât either.
Horrible. Came to pick up order they were closed since they â opened at 5â waited for 15 minutes till 5am came around. Pulled back into the line and they wanted to say they didnât have any food just drinks.
