This was one of the worst curbside experiences I’ve had. I waited an hour without my order, and when I asked for a refund, I was told I needed to wait another hour. That makes no sense. I left frustrated, hungry, and without a refund. I won’t be using curbside here again.

This was my favorite spot to always pass in the mornings and get my ice coffees i literally live almost 30 minutes away and skip the ones near home because they always failed to make a good ice coffee. Recently tho this place has had very rude employees that when you ask them to either add more creamer or if they could remake the ice coffees due to them being done wrong they instead get mad and offended and start being disrespectful throwing hand gestures and making comments unnecessary and making unnecessary facial expressions. Mostly 2 hispanics the girl with red hair braid and piercings and the other older female that has tattoos and is short with black hair. Asking to have your ice coffee redone shouldnt become a problem or be made a problem mostly by employees. The customer service is horrible when these two work together they cover each other and slam the drive thru window at people’s face. Even if you ask them to do stuff nicely they still respond in a disrespectful way.

I am sorry about this 1 star review but everything went bad in here, I bought my food from Mc Donalds but the gas station attendant didn't let me use the restroom because is only for the Gas Station costumers, what kind of service is this, a Mc Donalds with no restrooms? Seriously!!!! You should fix this ASAP!!!!!!

I ordered the 6-piece Chicken Nugget Happy Meal, expecting at least the basics to be right. Instead, I got a sad little box of cold, dry nuggets that tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since the morning shift. The fries were barely warm, soggy, and lacked any crunch. Definitely not fresh.
I get that it's a kid’s meal, but even kids deserve food that’s fresh, hot, and put together with a little care. This meal felt rushed, careless, and honestly just lazy. Not worth the price. Not worth the hassle. And definitely not making anyone happy

There is a manager that works the night shift. Her name is Maria. This is lady is very unprofessional and definitely needs more training working with the public. if you know this location, you know it’s attached to a gas station. I had a drive-through order unfortunately I had to run inside the gas station for something so I went inside the McDonald’s & showed them my phone screen with my order on there the manager Maria decides to go to her screen, deliver it and then proceed to come back and tell me that I canceled my order. I showed her the receipt and she actually had it marked as delivered in her system (I have proof), and she argued with me back-and-forth that I canceled my order even after me showing her that I did not cancel anything. She then proceeded to leave me at the counter didn’t offer any resolution and overall just rude and nasty. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her all the other managers are sweet and nice matter fact I had a very good encounter the night before, but unfortunately Maria ruined the whole experience for me at this location and I use this location often. I would avoid her in this location when she is on shift.

Is it company policy that employees are able to freely pass back and forth into the Chevron? 3 or 4 employees were in the gas station speaking loudly and cutting in the line, one seemed to still be wearing her headset and kept looking over at the mcdonalds as the line was getting longer and longer.
