McDonald's is a friendly restaurant with excellent food and awesome coffee. The staff, especially Roberto, provides great customer service, even assisting elderly customers. The big breakfast with hotcakes is tasty, but sometimes orders may be missing items. The restaurant has plenty of parking, but it can get busy during school hours. Wheelchair accessibility is good with ramps available. In a stressful situation, like a car accident, the manager and employees are exceptionally helpful and caring, going above and beyond to assist customers.
