I ordered a simple order, just a few double cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich and for some reason on my plain, double cheeseburgers Which never come with anything other than mustard and ketchup, had a mayo on them and not just a little bit so much that the bun was literally ripping apart it was disgusting And a waste of time because I had to get up go re-order the food and waste time on my break

Usually this location is nice until there’s an issue. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find it in their system. The woman I assume is a leader or assistant manager asked for my order number, which I gave her along with what I ordered, just a small smoothie. Instead of telling me she couldn’t find the order, she completely ignored me and left me waiting. A younger employee tried to help, but I saw her tell him not to. Then I noticed the Hispanic manager with glasses behind the counter and asked her about my order. She looked it up but also couldn’t find it. Instead of just remaking the order like most managers would after seeing proof of purchase, she wasn’t much help either. I had to ask what I should do to get a refund or fix the issue instead of her explaining it to me. I’ve noticed the younger employees here are generally much nicer and more helpful than the older staff. I didn’t want to argue over something so small, so I just went to another store in the food court to get a smoothie before my movie started.

NO REFILLS?! We waited in line for 20 minutes to get a refill only to get told there’s not any. At least put a giant sign that states that!

Read updates about McDonald's. They put fillers in the milkshake and meats. It's time to hold these companies to a real health standard. If they don't want to clean up the product, then we should stop eating their products. Only soda and water are safe.

Don’t bother using the mobile app at this location in the mall, they won’t call out your order at pickup. The orders for the monitors pickip are broken.

Both the kisok and cashier side don’t work and have been for months.

Pretty much have to show them your mobile order after you place it or it will be sitting on the counter.

They just yell your order out 3 times and place it in the counter and good luck, it won’t be repeated.
