Love this place. Plenty of people and things to do. Just get there Early. The parking is CRAZY. But other than that. You will truly enjoy your time.

It looks like it hasn't been open in a while? I used to work at a Menchie's and I took a peak through the window and the freezer was empty. I used to work at a Menchie's and we would stock the freezer every night with Froyo. I don't know if this place is just different? I would love to come again when it's open! I showed up at 2pm.

4 out of 10 flavors ran out and nobody refill it. No fresh fruit topping, no sample cup, no caramel syrup, rags are on the floor. Staffs keep going to the back room, both girls( black hair and bleach white hair) got attitude when a customer tell them the ice cream is ran out. I have been here several time but this is the worst one. Also, got diarrhea after ice cream. And I know it’s not because I ate too much are else, I’m not even take as much as my previous visit.

Menchies gives Marble Slab a run for their money.A good family place, you see families gather and enjoy the several Froyo flavors available

Dirty and unsanitary. They also had the wrong flavors in the wrong machines.
Went on Monday and I got my regular flavors which are strawberry and original tart, added my toppings and payed. Then I notice the original tart was “sour” when i took the first spoonful of it made my husband try it and we both thought the same thing of it tasting like rotten milk and told the cashier about it and she had the audacity to say “it supposed to be sour, but I’ll try it”. I still got another one and at the end she said “you can leave” not even an apology or to even try the yogurt. Horrible customer service.

Customer service was horrible , girls in the front in a bad mood and everything was out no refill it was only 5 pm and we asked if they had refill of fruit or toppings Bc the bar was empty and in a very bad attitude she said no and told the other worker not to worry about it . It’s sad Bc it’s the closest location to us :( we’ll have to drive little further but I’m pretty sure would be worth it and better experience.

I love this place but on the weekends to not open till 3 is ridiculous. Running errands twice and craved something sweet but let down cause they are closed. I understand on the weekday but in the weekend. Come on. Especially now that the weather in Houston has been nice. Who wants to eat ice cream super late.
