I’ve been coming to this menchies since I was a child and I can say with 100% confidence that my experience has never been better since Gilberto started working. The first time I came in the space was so clean and he was very knowledgeable about the flavors on hand and all of the toppings were full and stocked (which hadn’t been apart of my experience in the past) His hospitality has definitely improved my experience at menchies, and I look forward to coming back. BRAVO!!
We’ve visited Menchie’s many times since my child was little, but this visit was disappointing. The outdoor tables and chairs were stacked inside, so I asked if we could bring one out since we had our dog with us. There were two female employees: one with glasses, who was kind and accommodating, and another with fake eyelashes, who was rude and dismissive. At first, the rude employee said no, but the employee with glasses kindly said it was okay and helped us out. I’m grateful...
Service is fine, no complaints. I know several girls who absolutely love this place. The parking lot is a little weird with parking meter signs making things a little unclear
Parking: Decent sized lot but there’s signs everywhere with QR codes to pay for parking. But I think it’s free if your just there to shop at a tenant’s store?
