Menchie’s is honestly one of my favorite froyo spots. The place is always super clean, the staff is friendly, and they have so many good flavors and toppings to choose from. Everything tastes fresh, and it’s the perfect place to hang out with friends or treat yourself after a long day. Definitely recommend if you love frozen yogurt.

I love coming to Menchie’s! Everyone there is so nice, sweet, and welcoming. The place is always super clean and the workers have the best attitude. They make everyone feel comfortable and happy. Definitely one of the best frozen yogurt places!

I stopped by a few minutes before closing and the staff was still super welcoming and friendly. I got my frozen yogurt and they never made me feel rushed, they still gave great customer service the whole time. Definitely coming back!

Tonight, May 18, 2026, the employees at this store—a young man and a young woman—were incredibly rude. They allowed us to make purchases around 8:00 PM (almost 9:00 PM), even though they knew it was closing time, yet they gave us absolutely no warning. We went to sit at a table to eat our ice cream, but just minutes later, they made us get up and leave the store because they were about to close. It was a very unpleasant experience, as we had barely had a chance to sit down and enjoy our ice cream; my daughters ended up having to finish theirs in the car. What a truly disappointing experience—I will definitely not be coming back to shop at this place again! 😠😠😠😠👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This place suck it kicked us out even if we didn’t finish our icecream don’t come any more

Don't come to this place at night at closing time they sell you and then they tell you that they are going to close and you have to eat your ice cream outside this place sucks

It was my first time here, and I had no idea how everything worked. Keira was so sweet and explained how everything worked. She made a few suggestions for me, and everything was super yummy.

The frozen yogurt was absolutely delicious—super creamy, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Everything tasted great. On top of really great service! Keira went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly cares about Frozen yogurt and frozen yogurt accessories. Between Keira’s fantastic service and Froyo knowledge, as well as the quality yogurt/toppings. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Stopped by recently and had such a great experience! The store was super clean, the toppings were fully stocked, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming.
