Best noodles soup
I waited 30–40 minutes for a simple Coke—like I was ordering a five-course tasting menu. Multiple attempts to flag down the waitress were completely ignored, and our cups sat empty for a solid hour. Thirst level: critical. Service level: nonexistent.

I had a great experience at Migon Vietnam Restaurant. The soup noodles were light but had so much flavor, very comforting and satisfying. The chicken thigh was cooked well tender, juicy, and delicious. The food tasted fresh, and I would definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back again!

Editing the review to make it relevant again. It is apparent from the owner's responses that they did not read my review and, want to frame my poor experience as a result of my doing. Slimy owners, slimier chicken gristle. Go to Pho De Vem if you want something edible.
The service was alright and the atmosphere was nice, but the food was ridiculously bad especially for the price I paid. I ordered chicken with rice noodles and bean sprouts. The white meat chicken was tough and flavorless, the dark meat chicken was equally flavorless but was also not trimmed at all - imagine every bite you take you have to pull chicken gristle out of your mouth. The dark meat chicken also had a thick layer of gelatinous skin on it - very appetizing right? Even the white meat chicken had gristle on some pieces. As someone who has worked as a line cook, it’s just lazy. It takes only a few seconds to trim that gristle off of a chicken and it greatly enhances the eating experience, but I guess the prep cook does not care. Furthermore, the “fried pork skin” was not crispy at all and was similarly gelatinous to the chicken skin, but with a disgusting flavor like it had been sitting in frying oil for several hours. The bean sprouts had brown wilted ends and tasted like they had been left uncovered in the walk-in cooler overnight. The mushrooms were super tough. And to top it off, we received one (1) lime slice for the two of us. Half a slice of lime each. Ridiculous. Just go to Pho Ve Dem 10 minutes down the street. Same price, double the food, 10 times the quality. Honestly ridiculous.

Food tasted pretty good, service was lacking. Had to flag down the guy for everything and asked multiple times for sauce and bean sprouts. The staff was more focused on having fun instead of working. Don't think they really focus on sanitation from what I've seen. The place also had a foul stench for some reason. Hopefully it'll be fixed if I ever come back here
