Phenomenal small batch craft ice cream. Delightful staff and storefronts. The owners are perfectionists and it shows. Don’t sleep on it. Best in town by far. So fresh in ingredients and flavor concepts. Whew 😮💨 would ask for autograph if I met them.

This place was amazing — the flavor selection is unique. You won’t find flavors like this anywhere else, and each and has so much depth of flavor. But the real treat was the customer service. Matt and Gabriel led with a warm welcome. They were generous with their kindness and patient with us trying the flavors (basically, all of them. Who could resist?) There were also thoughtful touches, like Lactaid for purchase at checkout. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy, decadent treat on a balmy Houston night. So glad to have discovered this place!

It was our first time and the ice cream didn’t disappoint for my BIRTHDAY LUNCH! Who doesn’t love ice cream for lunch?!?! Anyway, the real treat was Amber! She greeted us with a smile and ask if there was anything we wanted to sample. Of course we took her up on it! She took such good care of us and the store we asked if she was the owner. She’s not, but hey owner’s employees like Amber are hard to come by! Keep her around!

Honestly just ate at a diff location but happened to pass by another one on my way home so kinda had-to gotta type situation. So intrigued by their original hand made flavors that my second stomach made me pull over before closing. Went my Hak’s second best recommendation, btw best scooper of all time, and it did not disappoint. Strawberry almond cheesecake, you have my heart.

I was refused service because of my disability and my trained medical alert dog, who was quietly sitting in a bag on my shoulder doing her job. The employee said they were “uncomfortable” and the manager refused service over the phone without ever seeing me. I emailed ownership afterward and got no response at all.
This is a clear ADA violation and incredibly disrespectful. Absolutely unacceptable.
