Worst tacos I've ever had! Just being honest. No flavor and no season at all.. tripa was sooo nasty and so it was the barbacoa it looked just like boiled meat with water..

Mingo's Food Truck catered our wedding in June. The guests STILL talk about the food! So good, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them for your wedding or event!

Had Mingo's for the 1st time last night at Patterson and the food was amaziiiing and not to mention the great staff.

Highly recommended 👌 Fresh food, great variety, nice amount per service , delicious meals, quick service and nice personal. I brought the food truck to one of my customer and everyone was pleased, happy and full 😊😋.
