I’ve heard people say more than once that for such an incredible food city, Houston’s pizza scene is severely lacking. Well… no one can say that anymore now that Org is here. Heard about this place from a friend and knew we had to check it out. SO glad we did! The pepperoni and matriciana pizzas are amazing. Such delicious crust and toppings. The peach ice cream is to die for too. I've never had such smooth ice cream. Awesome food and great service- it was a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We will definitely be coming back frequently to work our way through the rest of the menu!

Pizzas here uses home made dough that is somewhere between American pizza dough and Jewish Matzah. The crust is not soft or hard but somewhere in between and it is very unique. The chef Andrea says it’s authentic Roman style. A group of my friends ordered three pizzas and a focaccia to share. We were all happy with our selections and my best fave today was Potente. Please see the menu photo for the ingredients. In a few words, Camembert & truffle oil - deadly combination!
