Some of you health nuts would probably like this place a lot. Real fruit in sno cones. Different but pretty good. I like the old fashion syrup. So if your like me this is not the place for sno cones.

They definitely need to revisit the tasting lab. The flavors lack everything. Me and my wife spent $16 on 2 medium snow cones. I'm sorry they just aren't any good at all!

I'm not one to leave reviews, but this place made a pretty terrible first impression and I do not plan to return. They got our order completely wrong, charged us for ice cream then did not put fruit or ice cream in our cup. They were out of half the flavors for shaved ice so we asked for the extra ingredients in a cup of moody ice- so we paid 11 dollars for just a cup of flavored ice. The cashier then got an attitude with me when I brought it back and asked if they could at least add the condensed milk. He snatched it out of my hand and squirted about a teaspoon of condensed milk on it and then plopped it down in front of me without so much as a sorry or a thank you. You guys should do a better job training your employees on how to take care of customers.

Tiger's Blood moody ice was delicious! It's not just syrup on ice (Hawaiian shaved ice) but actually ice that is flavored, which was unexpected but pleasantly surprising. Great customer service too - they let us try all different kinds of flavors. Although nitially the price was a bit of a shock, it's comparable to other places in the area, and the flavor is certainly fresh, which beats the synthetic flavors at other places in the area. The menu board and pricing was a little confusing, but my husband understood it, and he's smarter than me ;)

This place is amazing. Went with my sister and 3 year old for the first time and we all loved the place. I love how kid friendly it is. They have games, toys, and coloring books available for the customers. My 3 year old was entertained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered the hibiscus moody ice, my sister the chocolate covered banana moody ice, and my son had the chocolate banana smoothie. We will definitely return to try other flavors.

My daughter and I decided to come here and I am glad we did. Being my 1st time here we asked a lot of questions and tasted a lot of samples, which were all good. I truly and highly recommend coming here if you have an exotic palette. Place was very clean and the flavors were amazing along with the soft ice, which we both loved. My daughter and I will come back and I would recommend others come here as well.

I had the Pinã Colada flavored ice with a scoop of Ice Cream , condensed milk, & pineapples! It was so delicious! My hubby had berry it was good but mine was the best! The staff was so friendly & had us trying out different flavors including one with spice which had a pretty good taste too! We will definitely be returning here!

They juice is frozen and then changed into the unique texture that makes this place one of a kind. Also on the customer centric tip, you can try all the flavors there to ensure you choose the best combination of flavor to suite you. With flavors ranging from hard melon, hibiscus, and lemon-lavender, your taste buds are sure to be in for a treat! Lastly, it's also a bit of a chill spot with a few board games to keep you occupied while you wait or are enjoying your treat.
Yum, this place is delicious. Love the fun family atmosphere. Very nice lady at counter was very helpful with explaining everything and making us feel very welcomed. My sone has the Strawberry Habanero and I had the lavender Lemonade. It's been 3 days since our last visit and I can't stop craving another Lavender Lemonade. Oh and the chilled blueberries was a nice touch, . We all can't wait to go back again soon.
