I had a great dinner at Navy Blue last night. The raw oysters were the perfect way to start — incredibly fresh and delicious. I ordered the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The highlight of the night for me was the blood orange tart. It was bright, balanced, and the perfect way to end the meal. Everything from the food to the service made for a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back

We tried the paella and thought it was amazing.The socarrat was spot on. As always we split the Caesar salad (best croutons I've ever tasted) and gumbo (add a dash of Chef Bludorn's pepper sauce). Try a martini—maybe Farmer's Gin, frozen grapes, and grapefruit zest. My new favorite.

Navy Blue is honestly one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. You can tell how creative the chefs are with every dish. Starting with the BEST biscuits anyone has ever had, to an almond crusted Branzino with a bergamot aioli, and to finish off a soy ice cream that'll make your head explode!! Service is top tier. Derrick and Mason are probably the best duo. They're both extremely personable and make sure your experience is not anything but excellent! Even the bartender Chase came out from behind the bar to serve the drinks and introduce himself. Everyone is so knowledgeable and excited to be there. Even the managers Malik and Sebastian checked in and had very nice conversations with them. It's a perfect place to dine solo or even with a large group. Navy Blue is severely underrated and I wish more people gave this restaurant a chance. It not only has creative chefs, personable servers, but also a fun interior that makes you feel transported to an upscale beach town. Meanwhile, you're in the heart of Houston.

We celebrated my birthday last night visiting Navy Blue for the first time. We got oysters, scallops, red snapper, the hanger steak with Brussels sprouts, hummingbird cake and blood orange tart. The oysters were very fresh. The entrees were so delicious. The steak melts in your mouth. Brussel sprouts were good, but not amazing. The mocktails were probably our least favorite part of the meal but my husband enjoyed their take on the old fashioned. Dessert was very tasty and not too sweet. Service was excellent and the seating was comfortable. I highly recommend and we will return.

Wow, what an amazing meal! We have eaten at NB fairly regularly since it opened. Unfortunately the food quality seemed to sag in the middle of last year. Well, I am pleased to say, they are back to normal. What a great meal, PEI oysters, super fresh salads, crispy pan seared branzino- all perfect! Plus, a knowledgeable, professional staff. Give NB a try. You will be glad you did.

Michelle was an EXCELLENT waitress. Always ENJOY dinner at Navy Blue. I had Dover Sole, Brussel sprouts & the silkiest mashed potatoes - OUTSTANDING! Desserts were to DIE FOR! Truly ... Chef's KISS! Shout out to the entire staff!

I decided to bring my parents here for dinner and it was fantastic. The service was fantastic and the food was phenomenal. My dad was amazed at everything and talked about how well executed everything was.
As always, Navy Blue provided a great experience, delicious food and amazing service and these are the reasons why we keep coming back. Had brunch to celebrate my wife's bday and the team of Sebastian , our usual server, and Milton made it extra special. Everything from the personalized welcome to the fantastic wait staff - to the specialized menu exceeded our expectations. The octopus appetizer, blackened snapper, and panna cotta were all well executed. The glass of sancerre and fairly priced pour of WLW were the icing on the cake. We will be back!

Another wonderful experience at Navy Blue. We love late lunches because the restaurant is not ever crowded. It varies depending on the day. The meals were really good. The service was incredible as always. I love the interior decoration, the cocktails, and basically what all Bludorn restaurants are to us....excellent.
