Not only is the quality top-tier, but the value for the portion size is great. The servings are incredibly generous, leaving you completely satisfied without breaking the bank. I got the bánh cuốn đặc biệt total was $13. Great service and lovely atmosphere, I’ll for sure be coming back to try their other menu items :)

Used to be good. Maybe they're having a bad day. Fast service. Spring roll was hard and shrimp wad a little off. Broth tasted like soap and I was shorted a knuckle.

Stopped by here for lunch, easy parking in the plaza. It was too crowded before the lunch rush. We were seated right away. Menu had a variety of popular Vietnamese dishes from pho, bun bo hue, banh mi, and my favorite - banh cuon/steamed rice rolls.

We both ordered the banh cuon dac biet/the special. It came with the steamed rice roll with ground pork inside, grilled pork, fermented pork rolls, and assorted veggies.

Everything was delish and came out quickly. The steamed rice roll was the right texture, not soggy. It paired well with the meat and veggies. I was super full afterward. I would come back and to try some of their other items.

We ordered 5 grilled pork and combination breads. It took over 30 mins. The breads were not good. Only little fillings. Their food was better before when they just opened. Disappointed!

Me and my mom had very good experience here. The foods are really good, they serve pretty fast. The waiter and waitress are so nice too. Highly recommended here. I will be back 😀

I was craving spring rolls and stopped here…I noticed that there were several options of food in this strip center and I thought why not? Overall the service was okay, they greeted me and all that but it kinda felt like they were preoccupied—-the energy was off. I ordered my spring rolls anyway because lol I’m taking my food to go right??? The prices were okay I guess, however after I tasted my food it was as if the meat was cut in half…skimpy portions and the taste was not tasty or delicious. I only had the spring rolls so I can’t say anything about the other menu options. Overall the reviews don’t match the food you actually receive.
