Been searching for a Vietnamese spot in the area, that wasn’t too far, but also perfectly priced and fresh!! This place is SO DELICIOUS and incredible!! First time here today, ordered take out and the plates were perfect, fresh, portioned, healthy and delicious. Thank you for being in the neighborhood! Will be back again!!
The ambiance here is quite nice. It is located in a cool plaza with a few other shops and restaurants as well. The food was okay. The service was okay as well, but could’ve been a bit more attentive.

The pho broth was decent but it came with like 4 pieces of small meat for the chicken and the beef.
The banh cuon was expensive and barely any stuffing.
The messed up order while we were there .
Overall the food is ok but just a lot of things off.
