Nothing Bundt Cakes

I believe her name is Lyric but she gave me the wrong order and I didn’t realize until getting home. I ask for lemon but she gave me vanilla and she also neglected to timely inform me of a useful promotion which caused me to spend more money than needed.

Great service and amazing customer care! My large Thanksgiving order was ready 8 hours early, and the team went out of their way to help carry and organize everything in my car. The girls working were quick, super kind, and very pleasant — truly a smooth, stress-free experience at this location. Highly recommend! 🎂✨

tried getting a last minute dessert for tomorrow thanksgiving. cashier was not friendly at all nor helpful. i get it your ready to go home but it helps when nice and helpful when trying to see what is left.

The girl at the register was rude and it took more than 30 minutes to get a birthday cake ready.

Today is my daughter’s birthday, but instead of joy we had a nightmare. She ate the complimentary Red Velvet cake last night and since 5am she has suffered from severe stomach pain and vomiting, missed school, and had her day ruined. On top of that, the service when picking up the cake was cold and unwelcoming. A deeply disappointing experience on what should have been a special day.

I'm disappointed because the red velvet bundlet usually has chocolate chips in it but mine did not. I know it's just chocolate chips but to me that's what made the cake extra tasty. I won't be back to this location.
