The food is great, any time or any day, always fresh and delicious, my favorite is Soupa Tuscana. The server was so helpful, and refilled the sodas, limonade, soup and bread.

The bartender, Anthony Garcia, is spot on with customer satisfaction! I’m a veteran here for your Veterans Day special and had a bad day at work. He certainly turned that around, and I really appreciate that! Keep this young man around! I’ll be back! And I won’t be waiting for your next Veterans Day special!

We had a wonderful Veterans Day meal. The food was good and the service was exceptional. If you have a minute, you can join an online waitlist for very quick seating

Amazing date night, all thanks to our server Lindsey. She helped me with all my questions, made sure we were well taken care of, and most importantly she created a fun friendly environment. The service from the whole staff was on top of their game. Sitting nearby to one of the kitchen doors, I could hear the staff coordinating, helping each other, and calling corners. Seemed like the manager was juggling a lot, and she still took a second to check on us. So grateful to yall, and especially Lindsey for an amazing date night

Server Nathan came up to our table and didn’t even introduce himself. He just stood there and waited for us to order drinks. It was really awkward. I also requested for a to go box about 2-3 times. Walked pass by us countless of times and didn’t bring one. Even after he brought our check back to sign I still didn’t get one. Needs work on his customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Olive Garden! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every team member went above and beyond — I was even offered things I didn’t know could be requested! The service, follow-through, and overall good vibes made the meal so enjoyable.
I’ve been to another Olive Garden near my office, and there’s truly no comparison — this location’s customer service and management shine. It’s a great reminder that not all franchises are the same; the right leadership and team make all the difference.
Wonderful experience all around — can’t wait to come back!

I came yesterday to take my mom out to eat, our server Mike was great and was attentive and the food was also great but I just had a minor issue with the Tour of Italy plate I got. the chicken pattie just had this after taste to it
as if you ate spaghetti or pizza and you burped and tasted the food come up to your throat, thats the taste it had to me
but overall the food was good and not saying its bad, that's just the minor issue I had with my plate

Food was great as always. We enjoy going here, a party of 6. Service is great as someone is always asking how things are and if you want something else.

Had a craving for some good soup & salad and what better place than an Olive Garden? Today’s food at the Willowbrook location was consistent and tasted good but it was the service my wife and I received from our server named Paris. From the first hello and taking our drink order, we knew she was different and would make our meal wonderful.
Paris stood out because of her incredible focus and discipline in making us feel welcome, that our decision to eat at her location was a wise choice and she appreciated & respected our time. Her first-class attitude, even temperament and kind & friendly personality shined while she went over our food options and during the multiple refills and removal of the empty plates & bowls. The way she made us feel made us feel as though we were at a fine dining restaurant and left an impression on us so great that our experience from Paris made us feel so positive and good after a very difficult past week at work.
I am a big fan of the Hulu show “The Bear” where it chronicles the foundational beginnings of a restaurant that focuses on customer care and experience and that is EXACTLY what Paris gave us this afternoon. At the end of the day, we all dine at restaurants not just for food, but for the people who take care of us and how they eventually make us feel. With that being said, Paris gave us everything from her heart and soul making our lunch at the Willowbrook Olive Garden feel first-class as if it were a three Michelin star restaurant. Her level of service and care was THAT superb. I hope the corporate management staff at their headquarters sees this review and takes a moment to reach out to Paris and potentially ask her the teach other teammates how to provide a master class of first-class customer experience. I highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Paris; tell them David & Amy sent you.
