Ordered to go and the host greeted me outside with a smile and ETA of when order would be ready. Instead of going inside, Erin waited and talked with me about life and her goals. Her energy was contagious and as a teacher I felt compelled to listen and encourage her more as a young woman. The experience while waiting on my order was the highlight of my day and made the time pass by quickly. Her manager, Stephen, was notified and even joined us outside to hear of the experience...
Jackie was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, warm, and smiled every time she came by. She made wonderful suggestions for appetizers, soups, entrées, and desserts. Also, Donny made a guest appearance to our table. We felt that Jackie is a valued asset to y'alls company.
I never had such a horrible experience and then when manager visited table her attitude was condescending and just brushed it all off. Won't return to this location!!! There are other Italian restaurants that will enjoy having customers.
