So called luxury hotel that makes guests pay for parking. Particularly astonishing since we were part of a wedding block that gave a lot of business to this hotel. Incredibly disappointing.

We celebrated my BDAY @The Omni which is absolutely amazing and Alex has exceptional customer service. Also, the on site restaurant Birdies has the best steaks grilled to perfection❣️❣️❣️
Rooms: Loved but don’t get a room by the elevators.
Safety: No worries about safety at all.
Food & drinks: Try the on site restaurant Birdies for Steaks & Drinks!

Well , I went to Birdies to grab a muffin and an apple juice this morning, when I was greeted by a beautiful warm smile that could light up anyone's day. After that , the bartender was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and made me feel like I was at home. TK also helped me pick a meal for brunch and was the epitome of good service and hospitality. The AV team Pinnacle just keeps increasing me with the amazing people they hire such as Daniel and his team. Thank you for the love Houston . I'm here all week .

This hotel is beautiful. The front staff(Benjamin) were phenomenal. We came in on Christmas Day because our Airbnb had the electricity go out. The facilities are clean, the restaurant is great, the gym is more than good asked for and the overall service was fantastic! The rooms are a bit dated but that’s just my opinion, but they are still very nice. We had a beautiful view of the pools in the pond.

Every moment of my stay experience was filled with exceptional hospitality. I was greeted as a valued guest and departed feeling more like a cherished family member. The feeling was mutual. I stayed for 5 nights and had all my evening meals at Birdies. The food was delicious and the support team was out of this world attentive, warm, and friendly. Special thanks to Jen who ensured I was well taken care of. I couldn’t help but notice/overhear the other tables around me commenting on how impressed they were with Jen and the rest of the Omni team.

It has a crap view of the bayou nice trash dirty water and when it floods, it floods. It was originally the four seasons hotel, the build needs a huge update. Crappy windows and old incandescent lighting, it mainly needs to be updated
