I love Omni hotels but this hotel needs a remodel. I booked in an executive suite and everything was fine but immediately upon entering the room I could here the Air conditioner running full but the room didn't seem cool. Upon first glance the room seemed dingy and used. Decor was fresh from 1996. I had to take a shower to get ready for a business engagement and immediately noticed how nasty the shower seemed with mold and cracking caulk and grout.(Pictures included). After...
It was a great experience staying at Omni Houston. All the front staff folks were wonderful and helpful. Kudos 👏 goes to Jose at the front, and he went out of his way to take care of our needs.
Jennifer was the best bar tender you guys have. She was attentive, made our drinks correctly, and was basically running around to make sure our entire team was taken care of. We had about 30ish employees show up at the same time near closing so Jennifer had her work cut out for her. Next time we’re at the Omni I hope she’s going to be the one helping us!
