Funny story I was actually door dashing and the manager. Let me try some of their cheesy bread with their homemade sauce. It was so freaking great. I like that atmosphere not too bright kind of like a fancy restaurant with affordable pricing. Everything taste authentic highly recommend!

I ordered from Napoli last night and had a very disappointing experience.
It took over an hour before anyone even contacted me to say the order would be late. When the food finally arrived, it looked as though it had been partially eaten. Portions were noticeably short, and the presentation was unacceptable.
When I called to address it, the man who said he was the owner offered excuse after excuse rather than taking accountability. I was not offered a refund or a remake, even though I was willing to come pick up a fresh order myself to resolve the issue.
This used to be one of our go-to spots, which makes this even more disappointing. I’m not sure what has changed with management, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning as long as things remain the same.

I would consider this place like a hole in the wall, but like a Hidden gem nobody can finds very easy, but it is on Marylandarea on Beechnut And chimney rock I love the food. I got fettuccine Alfredo was the best ever.

My husband and I came for a quick and casual dinner. The calamari salad was amazing as were the rolls that the server brought to the table with olive oil for dipping. The linguini with clam sauce was delicious. 😋
We were able to bring our own wine and there was no corking fee.

The food is great, but the service is awful. When you try to order carryout, they put you on hold for a while and don't seem to care at all about delivery customers.
The lady answering the phone can't understand anything that I am saying when I provide my phone number and address and I have to repeat it three times. This is after having placed many orders there and my phone number and address is already in their system.
The delivery time is typically an hour from when we place the order. I'm done with the poor service and long wait time for delivery and will just order from Dominos. I hope the owner sees this and realizes they are going to start losing business because they can't treat their customers well.
Went out on a dinner date with husband. Warm and cosy. Food was good. The lady helping us with the menu was super sweet. Looking forward to go back to try tiramisu sometime.
