I was craving a burger, so I stopped in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger all-the-way. It was... meh. It wasn't terrible; but for the price, I was hoping for something with a bit of flavour. If you are into the type of burgers you'd get at a youth pastor's backyard barbecue, then you'd probably find these burgers as adequate.As for service: friendly enough. The turnaround time wasn't too bad, either.

? The "Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Combo" tasted great.? The ranch dressing that came with the combo was spoiled and had fluid that was visibly separated. Unfortunately, this was discovered after the ranch was dumped onto the sandwich. We tried to scrape it off, but were unsuccessful in removing all of it. Those of us who ordered the sandwich are falling ill (I was the only one who had the visibly spoiled ranch, so I think my coworkers' symptoms may be psychosomatic).

The cashier was very unprofessional and gave my wife and I an attitude for no reason. The food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was okay.

They charge extra for everything! I had a beef BBQ potato and they charged extra for the extra butter since the scoop wasn't full enough I asked for more... Then there's bacon that I was charged extra for. I can get butter and bacon on a potato at all the other BBQ places like Charlie's and definitely Pappas. The only reason I go to Ottos is for the convenience. But I will take the "extra" walk so that I don't have to pay "extra" for condiments that are a part of the order everywhere else.

HOSPITAL GRADE BBQ! I had the brisket and sausage and both we mediocre with almost zero flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were no different. It's only saving grace is it's close by if you work downtown. Do yourself a favor and find a higher quality BBQ joint on another day.

Without any doubt, this is by far the worst BBQ (ribs, brisket, sides) that I’ve ever had. And it’s not even close. Tastes like I imagine dog food would taste. Couldn’t finish, which is a first in my life. I was almost gagging by the end and had to tap out.

Good barbecue in the heart of downtown. Very reasonably priced too! The hush puppies were mind blowing, and the whiskey list was extensive. The pulled turkey feature was not so good, but it's not on the main menu for a reason. Nice staff and a social atmosphere to boot.
This place has terrible food!! Don't even waste your time on the baskets ! Business hours say open till 5 but called at 3:30 pm on a Tuesday ... they were there and answered ..& said they were closed . NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

I get breakfast here every other week when my grandson gets his haircut at the nearby barber. Food hits the spot but I can't go back. Their staff is not diligent with masks and at my age I can't take chances with covid. Sad because I really enjoyed the people watching!

Normal to Mediocre First of all, there is a big sign of hiring outside the place which might mean they are understaff and therefore a reason for my overall experience The place itself is okay with the exception of the booth chairs they ripped and need to be replaced but other than that the place looks clean Something I didn't like seeing is that hot bar they keep all the food trays wrap in plastic wrap so they don't have to clean them after use. The food itself was normal to mediocre I order the 3 meat plate, the brisket itself was flavourless you need to eat it with the sauce. Chicken is dry, the sausage was good. My boyfriend had the burger and told me it was okay but he would rather get a burger somewhere else nothing special. 30minute or so after both of our stomachs were upset. Not coming back

Was delivered almost an hour and a half after my order by Grubhub, instead of the initial 20-30 minutes. Everything came cold. Can’t eat French Toast and Biscuits and Gravy without utensils. Threw away the food along with my money.
