Simon's Café

Went to The Shops to grab lunch after yoga and was craving something a little on the healthy side. I've been meaning to try it out bc it looked pretty good so I decided why not. I got the avocado chicken over pasta with broccoli and a salad for $11. The food was good but not great. Ate here for both days of a conference I was attending in the area. Was skeptical because of the line at first but they move really fast. Located in the food court area (3rd floor) I'm glad I made the choice I did. Both days my coworkers all commented that what I had looked better than the choices they made. My Louisiana taste buds were pleased! For 11 bucks you get either pasta or rice, a meat entree, a voice of two sides, a can soda or water, and a roll. It was money well spent...read full review

If you work downtown, or just visiting the fine city of Houston for all that it has to offer (both in entertainment and aesthetic value), then might I suggest Simon's Café? Why yes, I think I shall.
