Potbelly � Great sandwiches but terrible wait times. They definitely need to find a way to streamline their toppings and checkout. Adding the online ordering hasn't helped because there's no 3rd cashier. Now, one cashier has to split their time between online customers vs. in line customers. That sucks and has added to the chaos. �

Potbelly is a sandwich shop where the food is always fresh and made the way customers like. First-time visitors enjoyed a sandwich called BIG WRECK, which was good and fresh with no mistakes, and the kiddos enjoyed the pizza melt. The food is good and warm, and the soups are popular. However, the service is inconsistent. While some staff are nice and a cashier named Shawndra went above and beyond to save a catering order with excellent communication and dedication, other experiences are negative. The service WAS TERRIBLE at times, with a cashier who was angry while making a milkshake and gave the wrong receipt. One employee did not hear a full order. Most of the staff are rude, though the first guy taking the order seems happy. The restaurant always has a huge line, and it takes a long time to get lunch, especially when dealing with a large number of online orders. When ordering a sub through the app for pickup, toppings are never correct, so customers should check orders before leaving. The food is solid, so some can tolerate the rude employees.
