This particular Potbelly is a disaster! Ordered food online days in advance for 36 kids attending an event. Order pick up time is 11:40AM. It is now 1:25PM and the manager (Anna?) Is telling us it will take another 30 minutes to prepare. They are taking orders online that they can not fulfill in time and they don't care. Meantime they serve in store customers and keep pushing online orders. Stay away, this is a messed up Potbelly!

Hello, so I work in the same building as this potbelly's and our building had a giveaway where they gave away 50 $10 gift cards for potbelllys. My coworker and I were two of the 50. Today we went in and just ordered milkshakes, order came to $5 and the woman at the front with the mole on her face had an attitude before we even spoke to her. She said the card was not working and I was willing to pay and she threw the gift card and said "Dont worry about it just go". I've worked in customer service and I know that sometimes you're having a bad day and just don't want to be bothered with people but don't take it out on people who haven't done anything but be nice and understanding to you. The girl told her coworker to "find someone else to do it" when her coworker asked for help with the front during lunch hour. I won't be coming back and I don't recommend anyone deal with her. Ask for someone else. Just a nasty attitude. Shake was good, ambiance was nice. The girl with the braids that helped, thank you. The girl with the mole, fix the attitude.

Great sandwiches as always!I wish to thank the girl who took my order during lunch time who made sure my order is suitable to my “no pork” diet. ???

Great sandwich shop. Thick bread! Plenty of meat and veggies. Employees were well mannered

They always get my order wrong. Rude workers and don't really check to make sure a customer has the correct food order.

I placed 2 separate orders for my 2 robotics teams during the World championship held at George R Brown. I called several times the week ahead to plan for the event lunches and Chandra was AMAZING! Not only did I enjoy each conversation with her ahead of time, she answered every question and helped along the way. She was always clear & honest about everything I asked. Upon arrival on pick up day, she came right out & greeted me, personally introducing herself and offering a drink given I had literally ran 2 blocks to get the order in the short window I had to pick it up. She offered help loading it out if I needed and was just exceptional! Everything was labeled perfectly, all supplies were there, and the wraps were a HUGE hit with the kids. We had some pretty bad experiences with the other local restaurants so we've shared with everyone we know that this specific Potbelly was the clear winner and the only place we will be ordering from next year. I hope to see Chandra and her team there next year!!

Sandwich was ok, service had a little to much attitude for my liking. Hard to find. Located inside high rise 2nd floor in food court.

The ingredients I received could have been delicious, but it was only a fraction of what I'd ordered & on the wrong bread. Not sure how two slices of pastrami qualifies as a pastrami sandwich. The ordering process was needlessly convoluted, which had also resulted in my order being lost for 10 minutes.

I was introduced to Potbellys on a delayed flight to Chicago with my sister. Like the scariest cat I am I tops her they would leave without her and like the boss she literally is she bought us a sandwich and chips to share and a strawberry milkshake that was oh so good. She got the wreck and I protested against the roast beef, which I don't like, and neither does she :/. She coaxed me to take a bite and I did. The smile was spontaneous and I gladly accepted my half which was huge. So yum. Fast forward to my life in Houston and I can rarely find a good Potbelly except this one. I got the turkey club sandwich, turkey, mayo, light mustard, lettuce. Bacon, and tomato. Get it! The chips are Zappos (sp?) and they are gooooood! The salt and vinegar chips are good. The milkshake was thick shake and delicious. I enjoyed my meal! That being said, there are a lot of Potbellys I Houston. All of them are bad except this one! I loved the sandwich here! The sandwich was very very good! I had it with a Sprite. I also ordered broccoli cheese soup, chili, and chicken pot pie soup. All the souls are so delicious! 10!10 would recommend. I also got a chocolate cookie and aemon cookie that was very nice! Will be back.

Would've given higher stars because if excellent rewards program, buy construction both inside and outside of the building makes getting in and out VERY challenging

It was a bit trying to find the spot but it's INSIDE THE TOWNS Shopping Center across from Phonetians Restaurant on the 3rd floor... GPS had me running a block for no reason ? BUT DESPITE ALL THAT, the cashiers were friendly and greeted upon arrival and had my order fresh and ready! I ordered a group meal and the sandwiches were DELICIOUS, the cookies, fresh and DELICIOUS! I'd go there again

This Potbelly's is located in downtown Houston. We had never been to this location before. The sandwiches, fountain drinks and desserts are the same as other locations.Wasn't to crowded for Sunday lunch.Staff is nice.

It was a quick solid mall lunch, just what I expected. The calorie counts by the menu actually helped, I think, as I got a regular wreck rather than a large one. Broccoli cheddar soup was good. Crucially, it was open on Saturday when the rest of the food court seemed deserted.
