Was there for my birthday dinner. My son didn't get his salad until after the food showed up and we had to tell them he never got it. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time between checking on us. My margarita was weak. Yes, I got sang to and received a birthday Sunday. Which was very nice but...it showed up while the entire table was full of our dirty dishes. I still tipped well but not the 18% that is suggested in the machine I was handed and had to process my payment myself. Maybe my 30+ years in the restaurant industry has just made me old school. But I'm sure I'm not the only one to feel like after spending over $225 for dinner. Their should be more service to our table involved.

I loved this place. However, they will try to cheat you if you order online and their customer service might leave you feeling a bit underwhelmed.My family and I went to this restaurant on the 7th for my birthday, loved it so much that on the 9th we decided to order online to have it delivered for dinner. Everything was tasty,but there was an issue with one of the steaks we ordered. We paid for a filet mignon but got a center cut tenderloin instead. I called them to let them know, not really wanting anything but to be compensated for the difference in price and spoke to a manager who first, instead of apologizing and asking what could be done, asked me if I could really TELL THE DIFFERENCE between a center cut tenderloin and a filet mignon. Because...I guess black people only know about chicken and ribs?We are so hell bent on getting things for free in fact that we'd call a place that we've paid nearly 300 dollars to within a 2 day period, JUST so we can sneakily get a refund for the price difference totaling somewhere around 15 bucks. DASTARDLY!I couldn't help but think to myself, "If I couldn't tell the difference between the two cuts...why would I have called??"Anyway, the result was us apparently getting a free steak which isn't what we asked for at all(I say apparently because they took my information down so I could tell them who I am whenever we decided to go back). They just all seemed so put out by me being able to tell the difference between the two cuts that it's led me to believe that this is something they must do to customers who pay for online delivery. They must assume that their customers are a bunch of uncouth knuckle draggers that order from Outback when they wanna feel "fancy".Long story short, we should have gone to Fleming's again this year instead of trying to save money.

Nesh was our server and went out of her way to ask the manager Marc about an item that was no longer on the menu. He was able to create the dish and bring it to our mom for her dinner. It made her experience that night even more special. That’s called good old fashioned customer service!!! Thank you Marc and Nesh.
Kim = most patient, friendly, accommodating, skillful, efficient server ever. 5 BIG stars. Oh yeah, and the salmon and shrimp were cooked perfectly.
