Ordered a chicken salad with pecan and grapes. Was pleasantly surprised on how good it was! Definitely will try other items off their menu.

Our neighbors have been telling us about Palazzo for quite some time so we join them for dinner last week. I thought it was a very good neighborhood restaurant. I had the pizza which was terrific better than fuzzies. My wife had the chop salad, which was great and gets numerous good reviews online. One guest had the mussels which she said was one of her favorites. The desserts were all homemade and terrific. I had the bread pudding with whiskey sauce, which was best I’ve have had in quite some time. My wife had the banana pudding, which was also great. Only disappointment was we had the spinach dip as an appetizer which was not warm and too creamy for our taste. The service was attentive and pleasant. Also liked that they let you bring your own bottle of wine.Palazzo is really good food at reasonable prices.

First time here and it started off with some great fresh hot bread. I wish I would’ve gotten their House Salad instead of the chicken noodle soup. My wife let me try her salad and it was very refreshing and bursting with flavor. The soup just made me more hot ? (my bad). The main course was delicious. SALMON LIMONE (Artichokes, Capers, Lemon Chardonnay Sauce, Asparagus & Capellini). The salmon was cooked perfectly with the light lemon sauce.Third dish was a Petite Banana Pudding. I usually don’t like banana pudding because of the slime chunks of banana but this was almost a puréed consistency. Very cool and refreshing was to finish the meal.Parking: PlentyKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Food was good, service was horrible. The bald server kept walking past our table and refused to acknowledge us, while being extra attentive to the tables around us. Made it very obvious too. The manager was just as bad, took forever to bring us our receipt. Overall, servers are very slow and I think it was deliberate.
Absolutely disgraceful experience! Extremely blatant racism displayed from the moment I walked in the door. I walked in with no one in front or coming in behind me with the hostess standing right in front of me doing nothing but when she seen me she walked off. I waited 5 minutes before another person walked in the door only for that hostess to immediately ask that person (White Person) how my I help you. I was got & wanted to go off but I have more sense than that. Long story short another host came asked me what I wanted & I told her I wanted to ask the other worker why she never helped me when I walked in but she never did. A man walked by that looked like a manager so I asked him was he a manager, he said yes then I explained everything that just happened & I asked him could he ask that lady why she never helped me . Same thing walked by her never saying a word to her & came back telling me that customers have priority. & I told him I am a customer I’m here for a pick up order just like they were & I was here 5 mins before any of them walked in. He pissed me off so bad trying to justify that ladies behavior. He couldn’t even reply. He was frustrated & throwing his hands up, doing everything but asking that woman why she never helped me. So he just grabbed my order & I snatched it out his hands & told them I will be filing a lawsuit. If you’re black don’t ever come give these people your money. I’m warning the whole vibe is dark & I know you’re not supposed to judge a book by it’s cover but everybody sitting in that restaurant working or not looked like they hated black people

I had a new server that started two days. She was very inexperienced and forgot my dinner salad. The $30.00 dinner special was Fish with Lemon sauce. It came with a side of pasta. I requested to substitute the pasta for mashed potatoes. They would not substitute because the older hispanic man which was a server said "potatoes" are more expensive. Bad excuse and customer service for someone that requires gluten free meals.

Had a plate of meat lasagna which was the best thick cheesy home made pasta simply the best I've eaten in a restaurant.
