I accidentally ordered my food to this location and I called to let them know that I would be arriving in 20 minutes. They told me they would package my food when I got there. Exceptional service 💯
My family got food poisoning 12/24/2025 from eating at the in Houston Texas at 12949 Tomball Pkwy Panada Express .
My kids and myself had not eaten anything else all day but at this location all day at 2pm by nighttime we had very bad episode of food sickness. Severe 8pm there was stomach pains and body aches and head aches followed by strong vomiting etc. So all 3 of us had a terrible night.
Worse is that my kids 9 and 11 were crying because of pain all night on Christmas eve night nobody able to sleep until 4 am.
I dont know if this how to report these incidents but at least send a check at this place. Im shocked because from the outside this place looks clean and never had this issue before. We all had shrimp and steak onions with noodles.
They forgot one of my entrees once. I don’t know why they put the second entree for my plate ima small to go container and charged extra for it. Open the plate at home to find out they didn’t out of my entrees IN the plates but in the small to go container and charged me for it. Hmm
Worst: I have been there twice and gotten sick twice. Are hands not being washed, is meat not being cooked right? I don’t know, but writing this at 4 a.m sick.

Food was okay but oh my god they put too much chili in there that almost made it unbearable to eat. This was the kung pao chicken
God forbid you ask for a sample because they have a new menu item, manager looked at me in disbelief and laughed in my face when i asked to try their new menu item. What an unprofessional small women. She should be fired. Unprofessional as hell in my opinion. I’ve been to pandas literally EVRTWHERE IN THE COUNTRY. This is the very first one that laughed in my face when I asked for a sample

Good service and timing but the kung pao “charcol “ never had it before at any location! Monday kung pao charcol today mysterious smell of pepers burning making all the customers cough felt like on porpuse 😮💨🤧😹!!

I came here the last two days and they’re telling me through the drive-through that I’m not able to pay with a credit card only Cash. I was OK after the first day but after the second day, it’s like what’s going on and also didn’t have any super greens in stock as well. This place needs to really get it together.

I always enjoy eating here no complaints so far.
I have Panda Express for the first time in a long time but I forgot there is no flavor in this food and ended up sitting my stomach. I'm never going to eat here again or any other Panda Express for that matter
