If Houston’s defining culture is below-average fast-casual restaurants owned by corporations and staffed by uncaring workers, this Panda Express is 100% Houston. I know not to expect Xi’an Famous Foods, but typically Panda Express has pretty good consistency. At lunch rush, the white rice (which should be fresh) was clumped and hard. The Beijing Beef had AT LEAST 5x the sauce as normal (and was saccharine / inedible as a result). To top it off, the cheap styrofoam container practically melted under the weight of the food. Do yourself a favor and pack a PBJ.

Taking 1* back because the food wasn’t hot. But overall, it was a good and filling meal.

I wish i can give this place 0 stars. My family and i were on the way back home today 05/26/24 and passed by this panda express around 12pm. My family and i were ordering when unfortunately i did not get the employees name but he was i believe hispanic around the age of maybe 18-19. As he was taking our order, we had no line behind us but he was rushing us and telling us to hurry up and order. After he said this, my brother told him to give us a second, and told him that we are paying for the food not just trying to get food for free. His female co worker then started laughing with him like if they were mocking us. so then we said we didn’t want the food walked away and told ourselves “this is stupid”. The employee then went on to say “your mom” to us. It is terrible how people like these are being hired in these companies considering that my family was just trying to order their food. Don’t work in food if you don’t have the patience and respect. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed.

Please be careful. They are using extra small plates and charging almost 20 dollars one meat and a small scoop of rice. You’ll take 3 bites and the food is gone! This is perfect portion for kids disguised as a big plate. The food was actually good I’m just still as hungry

I made the mistake of purchasing some food here, because of a delayed flight. I truly cannot understand how do they manage to make such substandard meals. The chicken looked good,, but tasted as if it was made of some grainy mix, with vague ressemblance to regular flavor. The rice was dry. Not recommended.

This location is always out of everything. Go to ones in other terminals if you have time
Very good for an airport. All options looked very fresh. Good service. The only problem was that there was no free table so we had to take it to one of the gates which was fortunately not far.

Food selection was not as many as regular PE. Also just felt a cold attitude towards customer.

The food was nice, and the Vietnamese lady at the counter was so, so kind to me. Thank you very much for your kindness, I'll never forget! Thank you for helping me even though I know we won't see you again. I hope the best things come to you!

I normally fly through in the morning but knowing I had a later departure I was excited to grab Panda. I didn't realize how poorly this location was kept up. All my go-to items looked like they were leftover from yesterday and the orange chicken was orange crumbs. I saw the new sesame chicken I've never had before. I asked if I could try it, and get this! This Panda doesn't do samples. Well I ate my orange crumbs and cold chow mein this time because I was hungry but I'll know to eat before I arrive at the airport next time and scratch this location off my list as acceptable meal options.
