I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Half the bowls were empty teriyaki chicken undercooked it BARELY looked grilled all the chicken was GUMMY they didn’t even cut it she just put a lotta big chunks in there I figured it was just me because I AM pregnant but my mother ate and SHE said it was nasty also the chicken should’ve been cooked longer the noodles were even nasty I didn’t even think that was possible this place is DISGUSTING!!!!!

Bad server do not know how to read and this is the second or third time this happened. First and second we're let it pass already informed to the server but they never improve. Bad place to place your order online.

We came during lunch hour and our food wasn’t ready and was not cooked all the way . I brought the food back and Joseph was very kind and took care of us without hesitation. I understand businesses can be busy at times but the attention to customer service will keep my business.

I went to this location and ordered my food to go. When I got home and started eating, I noticed something on my plate that looked like a bug in the Beijing beef. I immediately felt nauseous and threw up. I called the store to report the issue and spoke to Roy. He informed me that I could bring the food back for a refund. When I returned, he checked the food but claimed he didn’t see anything unusual. He did give me a refund, but during our conversation, he dismissed what I was saying. Overall, I experienced horrible customer service and would not recommend this place.
