I had a great experience with Panda Express cause the team is super nice. The food is good, but a little bit salty!

Noodles were super wet and cut into very small pieces. The kung pao was too soft. Whole meal was ruined. Couldn’t finish half before throwing it away.

I ordered today for pick up when we got home we seen they didn't include a whole entre they forgot the sauces i called and let them know and we had to drive all the way back then to get home and see in the cubs meal there was a whole hair! 🤢🤮 I called back asked for a refund Alex was so rude and said I had to call customer service i don't know what is all happening at this location but after seeing the reviews it's not the first complaint this is ridiculous!

I ordered through uber eats under tiya F. My order waa a plate fried rice, chow mein and grilled teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef plus a chicken egg roll. and for both of my meats yall gave me chicken teriyaki instead of what i ordered and i got white rice instead of fried rice. this is ridiculous, I even called this location and the lady couldn’t find my order when i ordered through this location.

Johana is RUDE. She has terrible customer service skills and she was holding the food that I PAYED for HOSTAGE. She literally did not want to give me my food after I payed. Also, the rice looks disgusting, old and burnt, and the chicken is gummy.

Fried rice was like mush over cooked and very moist hard to call it fried rice . Beef broccoli more like broccoli with beef.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Half the bowls were empty teriyaki chicken undercooked it BARELY looked grilled all the chicken was GUMMY they didn’t even cut it she just put a lotta big chunks in there I figured it was just me because I AM pregnant but my mother ate and SHE said it was nasty also the chicken should’ve been cooked longer the noodles were even nasty I didn’t even think that was possible this place is DISGUSTING!!!!!
