“We visit here often and enjoy their fresh baked breads and goods! However, the last few times we visited, they seemed to be understaffed, stressed or something. There was something off, they were getting orders wrong, not working together as a team, and it showed. It appeared to be that a manager was overstepping into another team members efforts and causing all kinds of confusion and mistakes. It was difficult to watch. Our order was affected and if we weren't paying attention we would have left without our entire order. Mind you, it was only a dozen bagels and a rub of cream cheese. 🤷 Upper management needs to figure out what's happening here.“
“My favorite spot for breakfast or brunch. Love the atmosphere and awesome staffs. 🥰👌🏾
I’m loving the quick order corner. So absolutely no wait anymore. Remember to download their app, sometimes you get some freebies in there to add to your order. 😍“
“Originally ordered breakfast sandwich but it was missing something and they choose to remake it. I decided to change my selection since they don’t carry jelly or any of the sort. (Only honey )
They have healthy options and plenty
of drink choices“
“Good place for breakfast if you don't want to eat anything greasy in the morning. There's a lot of options on the menu & the food comes out really fast & the place is pretty clean & tidy. I never had anything at Panera that I didn't like.“
“Good Food but Room for ImprovementI recently visited Panera Bread and had a mixed dining experience that highlighted both strengths and areas needing improvement. We ordered the corn chowder soup, a Chipotle Chicken sandwich, a Chicken Caesar Salad, and a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich.Food Quality and Portions:The corn chowder soup was a standout, thick and slightly spicy, perfectly accompanied by bread, making it a satisfying appetizer or a meal in itself. The Chicken Caesar Salad was generous in size, served with three containers of dressing. While the salad was fresh, it was pretty standard with no unique twists. The sandwiches, both the Chipotle Chicken and the Toasted Frontega Chicken, were delicious and well-prepared. They were served cut in halves, which was convenient and they definitely lived up to their price in terms of flavor and filling.Service and Wait Time:The service was a bit slow, taking almost 30 minutes for our order to be ready, which seemed longer than necessary for a fast-casual restaurant.Ordering Process:The restaurant uses automated kiosks for placing orders, which are efficient, but the cashier also had to work in the back at times, leaving the front less attended. Once you place your order at the kiosk, you can choose to use a pager (if available) or simply provide your name. You don’t need to pick up your food from the counter as waiters will bring your order directly to your table. For to-go orders, there are designated shelves by the kitchen counter where you can find your order labeled with your name, making pickup quick and easy. This setup might confuse some customers but adds a touch of convenience.Cleanliness and Ambiance:A recurring issue was the cleanliness of the dining area. The tables were sticky and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. This is something I've noticed in other branches as well. There was a consistent, confusing mix of food smells that pervaded the dining area, which I found slightly off-putting.Location Benefits:The location benefits from ample and free parking, making access easy and convenient.Overall:Panera Bread offers tasty and high-quality meals that are worth the price, but the dining experience could be enhanced significantly with improvements in service speed, cleanliness, and overall management of the dining area. It's clear that the shift towards automation in order taking is a sign of modernization, but the physical aspects of the restaurant should not be neglected.
Parking: The location benefits from ample and free parking, making access easy and convenient.“
“The guy in the gray polo is not very good at communicating he seemed lost - he said the register was broken and wasn’t able to tell me what lemonade they still had. The guy in the dreads was able to help me and make my experience much much better, he was able to get me my drinks! I still got the wrong order but I’m not mad I got lots of extra food 😅 btw the register was fine.“
“It's been a minute, September Birthday Month for whom gift card was purchased for that actually was my first visit to Panera Bread; bomb (delicious) food. Stop in was cozy, busy, clean; service was ok. Possibly a new staff (challenges with card/machine needed to ask a few folks to help). So took a bit longer than a planned in & out. Definitely would return.
Parking: Other-Gift card purchase“
“This is my favorite place going on about 3 years, now. I seldom interact with an unpleasant staff member that just wanted a temporary job. They always seem to hire really great people here that try really hard to get things done, even when they are very busy. I totally love the coffee and atmosphere and mostly eat breakfast here. This location totally out - ranked the I-10 and 290 locations. The Manager, Linda, is really very nice!“
