Drink ice machine has slime if you look under the ice dispenser. Food and service is good
Love having coffee with my neighbor here. Great coffee and no rush to leave.
Loved everything but the Tea was awful 😖. Texas requires good tea not weak with bad flavors added. But the foods were tops. Great menu and A+ service.

Panera Bread offers a variety of food options, including their well-liked bagel and iced coffee. Many customers enjoy the broccoli cheese soup and find the food generally good, although some wish for more meat choices for sandwiches, such as having two kinds on one sandwich. The atmosphere is appreciated, with the staff often trying hard to provide good service even when busy. Customers have noted that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the management is doing a great job. The reward program is viewed positively, offering extra benefits for loyal customers. Service experiences can vary; some staff members are helpful and friendly, like Linda, the manager, while others may seem unprofessional or unprepared, which can affect the overall experience. There have been complaints about the app and payment process, especially when ordering online or using gift cards, which can be complicated. Some customers mentioned that the parfaits and other food items may not always be prepared well, and at times, staff may appear rude or unprofessional. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy the atmosphere and appreciate the efforts of the team. Overall, the food quality tends to be satisfactory, but improvements in service and facilities could enhance the customer experience.
