This Panera bread location is the dirtiest location I’ve been, the food is disgusting, the soups are cold and watery, they don’t clean plates properly, the food is handled without gloves, managers are rude towards the employees as I’ve witness today, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place isn’t clean, roaches under where the food is placed, cashiers are rude, the tables are moist but not clean nor smell clean, the restrooms are dirty and are not kept clean during business hours, the amount of times the food is not right nor taste right, and employees looking like they’re on drugs during their shift tells a lot about managers. No proper training for employees and MANAGERS ! Would not recommend to eat at this place! Eat at your own risk!

Every time I go to this Panera they are out of either green tea or lemonade completely out so that you have to wait for them to make more. Ordered online. Had a parfait in the order. Got there and was informed they couldn't make it. Asked for a refund for the parfait they acted like it was an unreasonable request. LOL. Manager said I would receive and email with refund. Never got an email or refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Support your mom and pop bagel shop. F this place

I had to wait 7 Minutes at the register to place my order. Paid with cash. Exact change. They had no cash drawer to take my change so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to open a different cash register. Food came fast. Was good. I love the green godess salad.

Lady taking my order. ..Yawnnnn. Very unhelpful even though I told her that I haven't been to Panera for a while. My soup was great but the bacon avocado melt was terrible. Sent it back because half sandwich top was way smaller than the bottom. Totally different from the picture. Burned bacon piece in a much that looked like pesto. Second sandwich had no cheese!

The food is good overall. Lots of choices. This is located in an affluent area of town, yet the furniture is in disrepair -- why? Some booths are slashed across the seats, and many chairs have very old, fraying fabric on their chairs. Other Panera Bread locations are much cuter. This one could use a serious upgrade!Kid-friendliness: This is a nice place for children but if you cannot control your child's behavior well another place would be better.
