Why 5 stars? Because I couldn't have been more satisfied with this ice cream. --- --- ---The dessert options at POST were aplenty, and I honestly thought I would end up getting boba or maybe even some banana pudding from another vendor. TL;DR - decent ice cream with good variety and service but way too much overhead (air that's whipped into the ice cream)Food - they have a good flavor selection and the flavors taste pretty good, but there was a ton of overhead in the ice cream which made the texture a bit more like whipped cream than dense ice cream.
