What happened with employee pride and food quality ?? I ordered a "The Works" pizza - and it barely had any toppings on it .. mainly cheese and sauce (real sad and very disappointed). The best thing out of this delivery was the brownie to tell you how bad this order went.

Unsealed Food Delivery! Last week around 10p wings were delivered with both tamper seals popped open, I returned the wings back to the driver. When I called the location manager for a refund she had an attitude and said that the seals can always pop off during delivery! ....Then what's the point of having tamper-evident seals?!

The manager Mike was really nice! I don't know much of the old one because I guess they never worked nights? Anyway, the lobby was really clean and the employees seemed upbeat which is always a good sign! The pizza was hot and fresh when I got there to pickup.

Placed an order online and scheduled it for later in the day and then received a text that my order was being made now. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Lulu who was incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately stopped making my order and rescheduled it for later today. She was also very informative and advised me on how to call in an order the next time. Cannot express how thankful I am for her insight and willingness to change the order.

Called the place to talk about an issue with my order. Employee claiming to be a manager was very rude with a really bad attitude over the phone. Truly horrible customer service.

They put my order on the ground out side . On the rocks and bricks and drit they didn't even knock on my door or ring the door bell and it took me to walk my dog with the door open . They won't remake the order or give her are money back . 37 dollars for the bugs to eat .... Boycott this place before you end up sick I told her not to order from their place . But she did anyways. Now iam going to have to fight this place for my money back . Never order from this place before you end up on the crapper for two days .
The pizza is as good as any other Papa John's location, the sad thing is that it's not worth adding any sides to the order since it only arrives with your pizza 50 percent off the time. Not sure if the person preparing the pizza is unable to read, or if it's the drivers that don't read the label on the box. Customer service is terrible, as well... You are unable to get anyone on the phone to advise them that you only received a partial order... funny though, I paid in full and left a tip through the online app, just to be displeased... looks like I'll be ordering from Pepperoni's more often since this West Oaks Papa John's can't get it right. They only get two stars since the pizza is decent...

Omg worst pizza delivery service I've ever experienced. I'm guessing the driver was upset he had to work on Easter and decided to take it out on my pizza. He was rude and delivered cold and ugly a** pizza. He needs to be fired. I usually don't have a problem from this location but that delivery driver knows he's wrong for what he brought to my door.

Out of all the pizza places papa John's is the best. Love the garlic sauce and pepperoncini. The pizza itself tastes wayy better than anything else as well. I've always placed my order and gotten my pizza here without any issues.
