The manager Mike was really nice! I don't know much of the old one because I guess they never worked nights? Anyway, the lobby was really clean and the employees seemed upbeat which is always a good sign! The pizza was hot and fresh when I got there to pickup.

Placed an order online and scheduled it for later in the day and then received a text that my order was being made now. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Lulu who was incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately stopped making my order and rescheduled it for later today. She was also very informative and advised me on how to call in an order the next time. Cannot express how thankful I am for her insight and willingness to change the order.

The pizza is as good as any other Papa John's location, the sad thing is that it's not worth adding any sides to the order since it only arrives with your pizza 50 percent off the time. Not sure if the person preparing the pizza is unable to read, or if it's the drivers that don't read the label on the box. Customer service is terrible, as well... You are unable to get anyone on the phone to advise them that you only received a partial order... funny though, I paid in full and...read full review
