How pray tell can this Whataburger get a 4 star rating ? The service is terrible and the food is nothing like what Whataburger use to sell about 5 years ago. Since the new company took it over - even the great taste they once had is gone.I truly believe that some of the employees are illiterate or just cannot follow directions. They have messed up my last 4 orders ( that's right .. 4 ). I am switching locations to the one on Westhiemer Rd. I hope they are better at that location....read full review
They told my husband that the sausage gravy would take two hours. It was 11 pm, which is when the breakfast menu is supposed to start. Honestly, Whataburger customer service has gone downhill so bad. The cashier was very rude. I believe this is my last visit. The last visits to multiple locations have been terrible and slow. From the best areas to the worst. Maybe some better training or something. This place represents Texas, and it’s starting to get a bad rep.

I ordered on line and they were ready for pick up, but when got home they go ave me the wrong sandwich. I went back to have them correct their mistake and I expected that my order would be filled immediately since it was their error. It took them forever to give me the right order.
