Whataburger is a restaurant known for its delicious food, with the "Whataburgers" and other style meals being particularly popular. However, the quality of the burgers has recently declined, leading to disappointment. The service can be inconsistent, ranging from great with a warm greeting to rude and ignoring customers. While online orders may have issues, the staff generally provides good service when errors are corrected. Recently, some customers have noticed that the breakfast on a bun is now half the size, which they feel is unfair given the price. The drive-thru staff has been called out for needing better protection from weather, like an umbrella. Despite the busy hours and some rude customers, the staff shows patience and kindness, with one manager even giving money from their own wallet to satisfy a customer. Overall, the location’s team works hard, even during tough situations like power outages, and deserves recognition for their patience and effort.
