I ordered on line and they were ready for pick up, but when got home they go ave me the wrong sandwich. I went back to have them correct their mistake and I expected that my order would be filled immediately since it was their error. It took them forever to give me the right order.

For the last year, I went to this whataburger every Wednesday night. I order the same thing. A burger, large fry and a vanilla shake. Tonight i went there and after i left i realized my shake was extremely thick. I waited 15 min to let i melt more, but i noticed this shake was abnormally thick. Couldnt get it through the straw at all. I called and talk to MIGUEL and he repeatedly stated that shakes are like that and to wait longer. Mind you i have been gone away from the location for 22 minutes. I told him that i never call back to restaurants because im the last person that will complain but im 35 years old and have had shakes my whole life and one shake a week from this location… something isnt right with this one. He went on to say no one else complained, shakes are thick, they dont make the shakes the machine does. He then says “im not going to argue with you.” Not one time did i raise my voice or argue. When a customer calls to tell you their experience, why cant you just understand that im the one experiencing this and it better to apologize and ask me how can you fix it. Going back and forth with me and discrediting my experience is why people dont feel valued as customers. A YEAR of loyalty and money spent… and MIGUEL loses Whataburger a paying customer… all because he didnt know how to say, sorry for your experience… if you want to come back or come another day, we can get you another vanilla shake on the house.

I was the only person in the drive thru yet I was still served hard, old Hashbrowns. I tried to call to have them Remake my order, I got no answer which is why I’m leaving a review. This isn’t the first time this has happened Houston is too big to be going back to a fast food restaurant for him for them to Serve you proper food. Wasted my time, my appetite and I’m going to be late for work because I refuse to let them get over with serving me this disgusting food. How is it 8 o’clock in the morning and you guys food isn’t fresh. You serve me fresh sandwich with old hashbrowns, make it make sense

Night shift manager very rude un profesional. After waiting for My order.wish it look ling time .but no problem .but no keshup i ask the guy for ketchup. Never came out with the ketchup . I went inside to get the ketchup but i went true wrong door i don't know . I the guy for ketchup Nice .the manager came out all rude telling get out with asking what i wanted very disrespecful . I got out .this is not for firts time i see this guy fighting with customers last he wast fighting with a lady the police show up . .this guy scalade any problem

47 minutes I waited in line last week. I arrived 1 car back from the drive thru speaker to pick up a mobile order.Watched the employees slowly move and take their sweet time. They did the ol pull everyone forward trick a few times but no food was delivered. For 5 cars it took 47 minutes.Food was lazily prepared and cold when I finally got it, missing order notes and just tossing ingredients about.Will not come back here again. There were people sleeping inside at the tables.One employee was working hard trying to get food, but the other 3 people inside were taking forever to do anything.Other guy with the headset would just come up and stand in the window and do nothing. Two guys on the grill were moving about .5mph and dropping things constantly.
