Horrible experience by far. When they mess up your order and tell you you can’t speak to a manager because they are too busy and you have been hung up on twice after waiting on hold 15 minutes. Unacceptable. Also, the level of professionalism from the management....... “I can’t come to the phone to speak to you about your issue when I am busy.”
