This was my first time trying this location since December last year, as last time I tried this location my order was completely wrong. I decided to order a pizza to be delivered last night and I was very satisfied and noticed significant improvements. I ordered directly through their app to pay cash and it was here within 30 minutes of me ordering 👍🏻 Pizza was hot and had all the correct ingredients. I had a problem with my pizza order and the manager Andrew called me and asked how he could help me. He listened to me and made me very happy. Who does that? He could not have been nicer. I am very impressed. Papa John's is pretty lucky to have this man. I'll be back, for sure. Darryl 06/13/25.

Customer service SUCKS here. Food is never ready when I get the confirmation that my order is READY. They'll let you stand there without acknowledging you at all... second visit. Won't be coming back
