The pizzas here aren't terrible. That being said, if you can pick it up yourself, I would recommend that over ordering delivery. The atmosphere inside isn't great, but I suppose that doesn't matter much if you're not sticking around. The food tastes good, but sometimes the pizza has a strange crust-to-cheese ratio... They're also not very attentive about how much (or how little) sauce you request.

For going out and ordering fast food as your choice to eat pizza is okay cause that what youre going to get basic pizza, the customer service took about 5 minutes to get attended being the only person in the store at the time, nobody was near the front of the cashiers, they cant seem to hire employees or keep them, the atmosphere was plain sad and boring needs some TLC from corporate. Overall needs improvement so not that bad folks.

Without a doubt the worst Papa Johns in Houston. Quality control doesn't exist, staff always fight with each other, and the staff will argue with you if they screw something up. Many times I have made very simple orders, only to be disappointed in what I get, if what I get is correct. The crust is never consistent, with half being way too much and the other half being basically thin crust. The garlic chicken Parm bites are never tossed in the garlic sauce, they just come dry and overcooked. My most recent pizza was half pepperoni, with some slices having a stack of 9 pepperonis and other slices having 2. The other half was plain cheese, but was thin crust (?) and cut into 8 slices. The pepperoni side was cut into 4 slices. Baffled me. One time I called about misdelivery, having gotten someone else's pizza. Not a big deal, I get that mistakes happen. I was given a "quality assurance" coupon, which I didn't ask for, but I was appreciative. It took them over an hour to bring back the correct pizza, which was cold and had the same quality issues I've had in the past. Later on, I attempted to use the quality assurance coupon, which I was told over the phone applied to a repeat of the order they screwed up. I repeated the order, went to pick it up, and was given a medium cheese pizza with a side of a cashier yapping about how that's how the coupon is applied. My previous order was $35, I repeated the order, and they didn't even make it. They eventually caved, but it took another 30 minutes of waiting in the store for them to make it, amidst the staff infighting.

Just ordered $70 worth of food from this Briar Forest and Dairy Ashford location an several of our pizzas were missing there toppings. So we called and spoke with the manager about what happened whom hung up in our face. We called back and again hung up. So we drove up to see what was happening. The manager was bragging about hanging up on us as we walked in. As my wife let him know it was her. He tried to say he by himself an he didn't have time to talk. I said you have 4 people here with you S I pointed to a man with his pants below his butt spinning pizza orders. He replied he doesn't work here he just helping me. An then he refused to refund our money as we brought the pizza back. We called the bank and was refunded in the parking lot as we let them know we returned the Unsafe food. This young black manager and his sidekick are not fit to feed our family. Shoppers be ware. 6pm 1-6-24

I'm really surprised. This papa johns usually makes good pizza but I have to say I spent $40 on these 2 pizzas and I am not very pleased with what I got. Im disappointed. This pizza looks overcooked...headed to the burnt side. The presentation is not giving at all...this was the new calzone pizza with extra cheese, perpperoni, w/ roma tomatoes....I may need to switch pizza vendors cause this aint it...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Delivery was disaster, had to meet delivery driver in apartment parking lot because he couldn’t understand directions, handed wrong order, food was not in insulated bag just thrown in back of trunk, didn’t get what I ordered (Canadian bacon with extra cheese) NEVER ORDER FROM THIS

Order online, everything is smooth and stuff. Starting eating pizza -- delicious.The long hair.... Thought it was mine, kept eating, realized the long hair was baked in the dough. Also realized it was long black hair, so clearly not mine. It was pretty gross. I also saw a third one in the dough and I pulled it out. It clearly was smashed and preserved in the dough.I love Papa johns pizza. This location and hair in the dough was too much for me. Domino's doesn't taste as good, but at least it is not baked with hair inside of it ?
