Just finished enjoying a wonderful Saturday lunch buffet at Ashiana. I am typically a fan of buffets, but in the case of Ashiana, the food trays are kept fresh and warm. I sampled a number of the dishes. The butter chicken, tandoori chicken, lentils, spinach, and fish with tamarind sauce were all very good. I also enjoyed a cup of spiced chai to finish the meal. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Sunday dinner at Ashiana. From the warm ambiance to the attentive staff, the restaurant creates a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is a journey through the diverse flavors of India, with expertly crafted dishes that showcase the chefs' skill in blending spices. Highlights include the crispy samosas, flavorful Butter Chicken, and aromatic biryanis. The staff is great and very attentive. Highly recommend.
