Worst pappa johns I've ever been to! This is my second time ordering from this location and always horrible customer service! I came in soon after receiving text stating order was ready, young girl in the front cared less that I was standing there, she continued to gossip with her coworker, she finally acknowledged me rolling her eyes, took my payment and had me wait cause order was not yet ready, 3 people walked in after me and got their orders. I waited 15minutes until I finally walked back to window and she ignored me again, one of the pizza makers came to the front to finally attend me with his hands full of dough and flour giving me order that was clearly ready for some time now, as top box was cold by the time they gave it to me. There is no need for cashiers if they aren't going to do their job and attend to customers! And on top of all that my order was incorrect, what a shame.

9/5/23 we have been ordering pizzas at this location for years. I just picked up an extra large Cheese pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese I have to say that it was excellent. It had plenty of cheese and just the right amount of sauce.Five stars for Papa Johns Pizza on Tomball Parkway. ??♥️

I’ve never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. I would not be surprised if they spit in customers food. Do NOT ORDER PIZZA from here. This is the most GHETTO & unprofessional Papa Johns I’ve ever ordered from. Obviously , the owner only cares about money. Only two people work here & it’s obvious that management has a history of being unprofessional because Melinda ( the manager from Louisiana) was VERY COMFORTABLE WITH hanging up in my face for no reason & calling me illiterate when I politely asked if she could spell the owners name who was “supposed to call “ me. He has a foreign name. As a PROFESSIONAL, I kindly asked her to spell the man’s name that she said would call me. The manager at a PAPA JOHNS establishment had the nerve to say with an attitude “ You can’t spell?”
I can spell SO WELL that I do not have to work at a Pizza shack for a living. Manager Melinda from the Bayo & Owner Navede run a horrible & unprofessional business. I received my food over 50 mins after the app confirmed it was on the way. The driver was super nice, but the pizza was cold & wrong. I asked the driver what the phone number or store number is, he said that they were short staffed, that only two people worked there, & he didn’t know.
I finally got in contact with the store & Melinda automatically started belittling me for no reason. She told me that the owner would call me back in 5 minutes and then hung up in my face. Then she called me back and said the owner said that he isn’t calling me back. They refused to give me a refund. She said that she was recording me, so with her permission I recorded her as well. I have other videos and they are much worst!
Avoid this bootleg store by any means.
On March 14th I placed an order at this location for 2 large pizzas and an 8 piece buffalo wing. I would really stay away from this place!! The next day my entire family got sick with food poisoning! STAY AWAY!!

The pizza was not ready and the lady kept telling me that the pizza is in the oven well after waiting another 30 mins she finally tells me that they have to make another pizza and I asked what happed and she said the pizza got caught up in a delivery order. They did not apologize or anything very poor customer service I will not be returning

Ordered a pizza from this location but on the phone. They lady said card was declined but it actually charged my card. A cashapp card. That goes right through. Which it charged my card because I had the money on it. When I got there they said I owed. I showed the lady my transaction on my account but she still didn't believe so she called the the call center and they said they would cancel the order. Never give the call center your card over the phone. It was cancelled but I had to repay again even though my payment went through the first time. They lady there believe me but and seen my transaction on my account but said she didn't want to be short on her end. This store will not get my service anymore.Vegetarian options: Got a veggie thin

Ordered a pizza for delivery and got the wrong pizza delivered...called to let them know and it took forever to even get someone on the phone. A lady answers the phone and I explained to her my situation, says the driver has more deliveries to do but that she'll check with the driver to see if it's possible to get the correct pizza delivered and then hangs up on my face and gives no further explanation??? I've been trying to call them and no one is answering the phone....this is extremely annoying and the lady handled it in such a horrible manner???? I spent $25 for no reason. Lady needs to be fired she sounds careless and lazy! Ppl need more common sense. 0 f****** stars for me
