Store #649 showed an exemplary level of customer service tonight. The manager called minutes after I placed my order via the app to make sure that the specifics of my order were accurate. My delivery driver was extraordinarily cordial and prompt and of course the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. Keep it up! Great job!
Customer service was great! Pizza was amazing, hot and fresh. Shoutout to the only person that was there, making pizzas and cashing orders out. Youre awesome!
Very friendly staff at this location! Pizza is always ready on time and made well!

Papa Johns Pizza on Tomball Parkway has been a go-to for years, serving excellent pizzas like an extra large Cheese pizza with extra sauce and cheese. The location is top-notch, with fire quality food, even if the pepperonis might surprise you. They handled a big order of 14 pizzas for a birthday party efficiently and accurately, with a good price point. Recently, customers have praised the fast service, with some orders ready in just 5 minutes after being placed online, and friendly staff who help select the best pizza. The store is also noted for being clean and making hot, fresh, delicious pizza. In one instance, a minor issue was quickly fixed by the GM, leading to full customer satisfaction. Overall, the restaurant continues to impress with quick service, friendly people, and quality food.
