The most horrible service order placed at 7:24pm no call r text from them had to call them back at 9 pm asking about the order the lady answered the phone very rude unprofessional also asked for her name she hung up the phone twice please do not eat here !!!!!!

Where do I begin? Our pizzas were very late and made wrong! ! When we called the store to check on the delivery status, the female “manager” said she had no way to track the order, she yelled at me and hung up.could case less about customer service and the fact our children were hungry. Additionally, one guests is lactose Intolerant, so we ordered one without cheese. IT CAME WITH CHEESE! This manager would not give me her name, she worked Sunday, Feb. 25th from 11:30am-2pm. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional she was. She threatened me with canceling our order, too.Will never use them again.

This is by far the worst location. The “manager” is beyond rude. The delivery driver is cursing me out and literally told me get off the toilet and to have my 10 year old son come and get it she’s going to cancel it when it clearly says on my order to leave at the door. Took over 3 hours because of their attitude and lack of service. There was even another person in the car with the driver and neither could find apt 25 which is right next to the entrance gate? Wow.

Was waiting for my single small pizza for 20 minutes after they said it would be ready. Watched 3 ppl with large orders that came in after me leave before me. When I asked about my order the woman proceeded to yell and cuss me out.

We ordered pizzas from Papa Johns...the last order we ordered two two liter drinks...the order came...they left out one drink...this time we placed an order...requested two bottles of rootbeer...they called back...said they only had diet Pepsi....I called the store directly....they had rootbeer...our order came...again...they left one drink out...I can see it happening one time. But not twice...pizza is not cheap....it cost around fifty or eighty dollars every time we order pizza...we won't be ordering from Papa John's ever again.....the person we placed our order with was rather rude...their recording says how great their customer service is.....no...horrible customer service....they can sit on their pizzas......

I am very disappointed!!There is a advertising for XLg pizza for $12.When I call the store to order it they refuse to give it to me.They talked about 2 pizza special that I don’t need it.and don’t want to pay $24.This place used to be good.I don’t know what happened lately !!Very very disappointed!!

TLDR: Location has 8 health code violations, as recent as 09/12/2023. Managers and employees lie to their customers. Food is depressingly terrible. UPDATE: Called back as suggested by "James" only to learn from "Aaliyah" that I was lied to. All managers, according to her should be able to issue a refund, or recall the order. Honestly, I don't really know what to believe. I am pretty sure that when I called back who refused to give me the name of the manager, is the same person named "Aaliyah" who called me back representing to be the manager.These are true, however. Poor service from the general manager and location. I ordered through Uber Eats and ordered additional dipping sauces and changed a sauce. I received the order in a timely manner from Uber, but additional sauces, seasoning packet, and sauce change were not made or received . I attempted to contact the location first using the manager selection...no answer and I was disconnected. I called back and selected the check on an order option...no answer and I was disconnected. I filed an online complaint and the gm called me and blamed it on Uber Eats. That really pissed me off! All the gm needed to do was apologize that my order had not been fulfilled as ordered. Less than $3 was the charge for the extra sauces and seasoning packet. Just apologize and say that you will be more careful in the future. But that wasn't done so I escalated it higher with the corporate office. I will wait to hear from the corporate office.
