If you order delivery, your order will be wrong. I’ve given this location too many chances. My last few orders have either been missing items or just flat out wrong. Getting someone on the phone to discuss the issue is difficult.The food is solid Papa John’s though. Just go pick it up yourself and double check your order before you leave.UPDATE: I reached out to the company via the email in their response to my review. I’ve received no reply.

My first time purchasing from here I placed an order on DoorDash and got there within ten mins they said someone already picked up my pizza? I don’t know how that happens but the girl cashier was so nice made me another one it was delicious. Loved the pizza, But yeah that was the only thing because I thought they were supposed to check the app to confirm the everything matches so I was shocked it was allowed someone else to grab an order than wasn’t theirs

I gave them more than 3 chances and they still didn't do anything about my concerns, the driver didn't have change and they were very late every time, the manager tried to put the blame on me and good was cold and not in any warmer when I received it, the driver didn't speak English and was about to pull a knife on me not going to use them ever again and will be calling the district manager

I was a huge fan of papa John's for years until this past experience. My pizza tasted like cardboard and was so hard! The service was okay.. the guy that check us out for our carry out order was nice but never used gloves or washed his hands for anything while making pizzas and checking us out. I wouldn't recommend this location in second ward.
i ordered garlic knots and a large pizza, the garlic knots didnt have garlic sauce in it it was plain dough. And the pizza was tastless and the dough was uncooked. it ruined my night i never had a problem like this before. im also convinced a monkey made my pizza.

This store smells really nice! Tonia was a fantastic representative for Papa John’s. She was the exact same way last time I was here. I watch Tonia interface with customers one after another while waiting for my purchase, shes always so professional as well as personable. She stays on her staff for accuracy, she’s clearly committed to excellence and making her time. I really enjoy coming to this particular location over the the 2 other pizza establishments close to me.
