Miguel reworked a vegan (no meat. No dairy) sanwhich for me. Loved it! And well priced. Avocado, cooked cabbage & cilantro, with raw lettuce tomatoes on a sandwich bread. Naturally juicy. But I put the green & spicy red sauce in mine. Definitely should add it to the menu as "The Lady Be Migas" sandwich. ~ switch it out for a burger bun or a taco style. Muy delicioso!

Found my new taco stand!!! The pastor hands down os the best has so much flavor and is soooooo good! the green salsa chefs kisssss! it has the right amount of spice! it isn't bland or to spicy it makes the tacos even better! my boyfriend got the burrito and he loved it! can't wait to try their breakfast!!!

Based on the reviews, Taqueria y Cafeteria Las Migas is a food truck that serves some of the best tacos ever, especially the best fish tacos in Houston. The charro beans are the best, the papa locas are awesome, and the shrimp plate is very good. A chicken cooked with olive oil is also available. The torta de fajita has beef with really good flavor, and the gordita al pastor and quesadilla de fajita are good portions. The red and green sauces are spicy yet with good flavor. The fries are seasoned. The food is very delicious, prices are good, and the portions are a good size. The people are some of the nicest and sweetest, with great friendly customer service. This East End jewel is definitely worth a try.
